Before working at Calder Vets, I had a varied career over the years including cleaner, care assistant, hotel, retail, call centre and pub landlady but I finally got my dream job working within a Veterinary environment and I love it! It's such a joy to come to work each day and see all these lovely pets and their owners. I started working at the Dewsbury Branch and moved to Horbury shortly after where I am now based.

We have our own rescue dog Leo who is a Staffie cross and he loves nothing more than to play chase with his ball (he doesn't appreciate the concept of fetch!) or lay by the fire and snore.
