Natalie, the vet, was outstanding, exactly the kind of vet I like to treat my pets, professional but also with a warm personality. I was extremely upset but we managed to have a bit of a laugh as I left. Being professional is good but it also needs a warm personality alongside. Natalie definitely has both!”

“I cannot fault the care received by my furbaby! the communication with me was second to none the manner and caring of all the practice staff from reception staff to vets was exceptional they really seemed to understand the anxiety I felt but were open and honest, even when it wasn’t the easiest to hear about the welfare/status of my dog thankfully my girl is in recovery when I really thought I might lose her, she has some ongoing treatment to receive after surgery but I don’t believe she’d still be with me without the dedication of the staff. I can’t thank them enough for being able to bring my baby girl home and for understanding her trait of being anxious away from her family/people I don’t think you could have done thing differently I can’t thank you enough.”
