Vaccination Restart - Terms & Conditions

  1. Calder Vets ("we", "us", and "our"), a business unit of Linnaeus Veterinary Limited (Company Number 10790375) whose registered office is at Friars Gate, 1011 Stratford Road, Shirley, West Midlands, B90 4BN is the promoter and provider of the vaccination amnesty Promotion (“Promotion”).
  1. These terms and conditions together with our Linnaeus Privacy Policy, which can be found at: mars.com/privacy-policy-us, govern the redemption of the Promotion (“Conditions”). Please note our standard terms and conditions apply in respect any treatment and consultation and the Linnaeus Privacy Policy applies in all instances.
  1. By claiming the Promotion, you (“you” and “your”) confirm that you have read the Conditions and agree to be bound by them and confirm that all information is true, accurate, and complete. We reserve the right to verify information provided and may, at our sole discretion, disqualify you for failure to satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in clause 12

The Promotion

  1. The Promotion entitles you to receive your annual booster vaccination treatment (“Vaccination Treatment”) worth £95 for dogs and £98 for cats at the discounted cost of £55 for dogs and £63 for cats (“Discounted Cost”). The Vaccination Treatment requires of two vaccination doses: the first vaccination (the “Initial Vaccination”) and the second vaccination (the “Booster Vaccination”). Payment of the Discounted Cost is payable following the administration of the Initial Vaccination.
  1. An appointment to administer the Booster Vaccination must be booked on the same date the Initial Vaccination is administered and the Booster Vaccination appointment must be booked in accordance with the timescales advised by the practitioner administering the Initial Vaccination. Failure to comply with these requirements will disqualify you from your entitlement to receive the Discounted Cost and you will be required to pay the full price for the Vaccination Treatment which is the discounted price plus the cost of administering the Booster Vaccination (£40 for dogs and £35 for cats.)
  1. Should you miss, fail to attend, or book a Booster Vaccination outside of the timescales advised by the practitioner, we may at our discretion charge you to administer the Booster Vaccination in addition to the Discounted Cost. Should we exercise such right, the cost of administering the Booster Vaccination will be £40 for dogs and £35 for cats.
  1. The Promotion can only be redeemed against Vaccination Treatment for dogs and cats
  1. The Promotion is only valid at our practices set out in clause 19
  1. The Promotion is valid for Initial Vaccinations appointments booked between 1 May 2025 and 31 May 2025. The promotion will conclude at 23:59 on the 31 May 2025.
  1. The Promotion is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion at our sole discretion.
  1. The Promotion covers the cost of administering the Vaccination Treatment only and does not cover any additional charges including but not limited to any further treatment, consultation, medicine, material, or consumable which shall be charged in accordance with our standard prices.
  1. The Promotion can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with any offer or promotion.

Eligibility to claim the Promotion

  1. The Promotion is open to selected new and existing clients of Calder Vets who have received this Promotion directly from Calder Vets via text, email or social media channels (Facebook and Instagram). A new client is any client who has not received any previous treatment, advice, or service from Parkhill Vets set out in clause 19
  1. The following will be excluded from claiming the Prize:
    1. any LVL employees or those of its associated and subsidiary companies;
    2. employees of LVL’s agents or suppliers or those of its associated and subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Offer or its administration; and
    3. family members of (a) and (b) above.

How to redeem the Promotion

  1. To redeem the Promotion, you need to contact the practice (set out in clause 19 below) and notify us that you wish to redeem the Vaccination Restart Promotion. We will then confirm details of you and your pet and book your pet in for their Initial Vaccination at an amenable date and time for you.

General

  1. By redeeming the Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by us for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
  1. We will use and store any personal information submitted by you, in accordance with the Linnaeus Privacy Policy.
  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any and all losses, damages and claims incurred by any person in connection with the Promotion
  1. These Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English Law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or these Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
