I qualified as a Vet Nurse in 1998 at Bridge Veterinary Group in Huddersfield and worked there for 6 years until Mr Kenyon retired in 2000. I joined Calder Vets in April 2000 and throughout my years here i have watched it grow and expand. I have worked at most of the branches as a Vet Nurse/ Pet Health Advisor.

I now work at the Brighouse branch as a receptionist. I have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 1 rabbit, 9 sheep and lots of chickens, mainly Pekins and Silkies which i breed in spring and summer time. Its a very addictive hobby!

I also like photography which i do in my spare time. These two hobbies mix well together as the chickens love having their photo taken!
