Registered Veterinary Nurse

I left college in 2013 after studying Biology at A Level and moved on to join the Calder Vets team. I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2018 after doing my training at Calder Vets Dewsbury Hospital.   I would have to say the best part about the job is seeing happy healthy pets being reunited with their owners, whether they have stayed with us a day or a week, that entire moment makes the job worthwhile.

I have a keen interest in medical nursing and hope to one day complete the Diploma in Advanced Veterinary Nursing. 

At home I have 1 cat who I rescused when he was brought to Calder Vets as a stray.  I enjoy travelling and going walking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.
