Deputy Nursing Manager & Registered Veterinary Nurse
I have been working in the veterinary industry since 1992 and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2006. I joined Calder Vetsteam in 2011 and really enjoy working here. My main interests are surgical nursing/anaesthesia and physiotherapy. In 2009 I trained and qualified as a Hydrotherapist and gained my Level three Diploma and now run our Canine Hydrotherapy Centre two days a week. As well as this I'm also a clinical coach for our Student Veterinary Nurses so a lot of my time is spent teaching.
I became the Deputy Nursing Manager in 2018, which I'm really enjoying.
I have a very busy home life looking after my little boy, two crazy dogs and a horse.
