Referral Service - Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy - our underwater treadmill has proven very useful in assisting in the rehabilitation of dogs with a variety of medical and surgical conditions

Our hydrotherapy unit was introduced in 2007. Since then we have treated many patients with a variety of conditions ranging from obesity to paralysis.

The underwater treadmill has proved to be especially effective in the post-operative management of orthopaedic and spinal conditions including: cruciate disease, hip & elbow dysplasia, intervertebral disc disease, CDRM and muscle weakness.

Our experienced hydrotherapy team is happy to advise and discuss cases with both owners and referring vets and hold regular meeting with the orthopaedic surgeons at the hospital.
