Referral Service - CT

We have on site a Siemens multi slice helical CT scanner. To make booking for CT imaging please contact us on 01924 504606

 


 

CT may be a useful diagnostic aid in cases of:

Elbow Dysplasia
Spinal disease including lumbosacral disease
Nasal and Airway disease

Pulmonary and mediastinal disease
Peri-Ocular disease
Middle Ear disease
Some musculo-skeletal problems
Oncology - establishing tumour margins and metastatic disease

Portosystemic shunts

Abdominal and thoracic neoplasia

Fracture management

Our scanner is on-site and available for use 7 days a week. CT is an incredibly powerful tool for providing accurate information for the diagnosis of a very wide variety of disorders that conventional systems can not reveal easily.

We can offer scanning for congenital conditions as well inluding incomplete ossification of the humeral condyle in springers.

Any scan can be arranged depending on the patients needs.

After an initial appraisal by one of our referral vets all of our CT’s are routinely interpreted by our specialist in diagnostic imaging, Edoardo Auriemma DVM DipECVDI and an independent official report is made.
